GREENWICH, CT — January 30, 2026 — Policygenius, the nation’s leading online insurance marketplace, today announced that it has won three 2026 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service, recognizing outstanding achievements across sales performance, customer service excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are among the world’s top honors for contact center, customer service, business development, and sales professionals. This year’s competition included more than 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes across 41 nations and territories. Winners were determined by the average scores of 150 professionals worldwide serving on eight specialized judging committees.

Warren Robbins, Sales Representative at Policygenius, received a Silver Stevie Award for Sales Representative of the Year in recognition of his exceptional sales performance, integrity, and client-first approach. In 2025, Robbins placed the largest policy in company history. One judge praised his work, writing that Robbins demonstrated “impressive accomplishments in his organization and field. Helping [this many individuals] to secure coverage is no small feat and highly commendable.”

Policygenius’s Customer Engagement (CE) team earned a Silver Stevie Award for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year. CE agents support clients through the final stages of the life insurance journey, providing guidance with patience, care, and deep expertise. In 2025, the team achieved an average Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 78 — well above the life insurance industry average of 39. Judges described the CE team as “an inspirational story of business success.”

In addition, Policygenius’s CRM, SDR, and Inforce Sales teams received a Bronze Stevie Award for Cross-Functional Sales Collaboration Team of the Year for their work on the Inforce Sales Project. The initiative focuses on unlocking new growth opportunities within Policygenius’s existing customer base. Judges called the project “innovative” and highlighted the “true grit” demonstrated by the teams’ ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
