About

Jennifer Fitzgerald is the president and co-founder of Policygenius, the one-stop platform where customers can compare options from top insurance carriers, get unbiased expert advice, buy policies, and manage their insurance portfolio, in one seamless, integrated experience. Jennifer was previously the CEO of Policygenius, at the helm of the growth of the business and one of the leading female founders in the industry. Before starting Policygenius in 2014, she and her co-founder, Francois de Lame, were management consultants at McKinsey & Company.

Jennifer was the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year New York and one of Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People in Business. She has appeared on NPR’s How I Built This, shared insights in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, and spoken at conferences such as the CB Insights Future of Fintech. Early in her career, she was a Peace Corps volunteer and did standup comedy.

Jennifer is a graduate of Columbia Law School and Florida State University.
