About

Francois de Lame is the chief product officer and co-founder of Policygenius, the one-stop platform where customers can compare options from top insurance carriers, get unbiased expert advice, buy policies, and manage their insurance portfolio, in one seamless, integrated experience. Francois leads product strategy and development at the company; previously he served as the chief marketing officer and built the marketing organization from the ground up. Earlier in his career, Francois held marketing leadership roles at Identified, a venture-backed company acquired by Workday, and SABMiller. Francois began his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he met his Policygenius co-founder, Jennifer Fitzgerald. Originally from South Africa, Francois is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the University of Cape Town.
