Your out-of-pocket limit is the most you'll have to pay for covered health care services in a year. Deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance go toward your out-of-pocket limit; monthly premiums do not count. The maximum out-of-pocket limit for 2019 is $7,900 for individual plans and $15,800 for family plans.
