Let’s talk about sex.Well, not so much sex but gay men’s health. Why? According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC), sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) among men who have sex with men have been on the rise. In fact, the CDC says that in 2014, the most recent year for which the data is available, "men who have sex with men accounted for 83% of primary and secondary syphilis cases in the United States." This is up from 75% in 2013.In addition to sex, it’s important to talk more broadly about gay men’s health. Just as with money, there are some unique nuances about our health that we should address.
